Opened its doors in 1939, Spartan Bakery has been feeding Spartanburg ever since. During supper, families would gather together for homecooked meals such as pork-n-beans, fried fish, slaw, and the amazing yeast rolls from this bakery. Being able to go there for their delicious dessert cravings for an afterschool or dinner snack was also a treat!
